I am not sure if you remember speaking to me on the phone about a month ago but I called in reference to refinancing my home to your McKenzie office and got you on the phone. Over the course of the last several weeks it is my understanding you have been very instrumental in working with Jim Carroll to close out my VA Refinance and since I have missed you the last couple of times I have been in the office I wanted to personally email you to say THANK YOU, for all the help you, and your staff have been in making this happen. If you recall, I had already received approval through a national broker out of Rhode Island. I chose in all fairness to try and keep the business local and made the decision to give you all a call before I proceeded further with Embrace. Obviously that decision has paid off! :)

It is seldom, in fact it is rare, that you find a company who actually lives up to its Mission Statement, and you all certainly do! I cannot express the gratitude I have for you, Jim, and Heather making this refinance come together and last night I was able to assure my family that we would be able to continue living in our home without fear of being forced to move because of my past marriage and the fact that it has taken me 2 years to become qualified to even refinance the home. The assurance I was able to give them is something money cannot buy, and I owe it to you all for making that happen!

Again, I can't say thank you enough! I will always recommend folks to come see you all, and should we decide to refinance or possibly buy again in the future, I will certainly make coming to you my first priority!
